about the role
- This role will be to lead the team and business of a Continental Coffee / Café Bar.
- We are seeking managers who have a strong understanding and proven experience of working within the coffee environment and someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to drive sales and profits.
- You will be proactive in identifying opportunities.
- You will consistently drive the customer experience fully understanding the companies Brand and values.
- You need to be an expert in your field, driven by customer service excellence, have immaculate presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
what experience do you need?
- You will currently be a Coffee Manager, Restaurant Manager, Deputy Restaurant Manager, Catering Manager or Retail Manager with a very strong passion for Coffee and food, experience of working within a high quality Coffee environment is essential.
- You will ideally live in North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Leeds, Harrogate, York.
- You will currently manage a team of a minimum of 20+ members with additional responsibility to manage other Managers or Supervisors within your business.
